Neshir is Hebrew for Eagle.

This is the resume and online Portfolio reel of White Eagle who is currently in college working towards a very promising multi-media design career in many fields. Now I also create web-sites as a part of my developing skills on the subject, and because I’m a student in school I do them at a much less cost then the main industry. Then my language guide that I want to set up as tutorial and aid for some of my friends from my Hebrew class, and eventually there will be a Japanese guide as well.
